Ordered a stock table cloth from IQ Linens which was not the color I was expecting. When I contacted them about a return, they said I could not return it since it was a "custom" order. The exact same table cloth (including the exact same images of the product) are available from multiple different companies online. The table cloth was made by a different company and it was shipped 1 day after ordering, so I don't believe them when they say via email that they custom made it for me after I ordered it. Buyer be warned!

Would not accept return. Order not custom. This place is a ripoff. My order was on their drop down list. I should have read the reviews. They deserve the * rating.

Do not use this company for any custom orders. I ordered 3 tablecloths from them for $450. They came with pleats in the corners. You cannot order a cloth with a logo directly from their website. You have to contact them directly and communicate via email so I was not given an option of pleats or no pleats (I didn't even know that pleats on a tablecloth were a thing - I just wanted a fitted tablecloth). When I received them, they were over an inch off the ordered size in every dimension and had so much excess fabric in the corners that it was unmanageable. It was a sloppy look for what was supposed to be a fitted tablecloth and it does not look like the clean, crisp, image they have on their website. I asked if they could remove the pleats, which to their credit they did, but now they are a full two inches shorter than what I ordered and they will not correct it. I now have a "custom" product that was supposed to be 42" in height and is 40" in height. I can't imagine any other company that could get away with such terrible tolerances and even worse customer service.

NO RETURNS.... if you try and return a product they tell you it was a custom order. The tablecloth I ordered was an option on their dropdown menu; however, when I needed to return it I was told it was a custom order. After several email exchanges with someone with the title General Manager, I was told they would not accept an exchange or return.In addition, the quality of the polyester fabric was fair to poor.

Much like other customers that gave a poor rating. I ordered 180 M A U V E napkins for my daughters wedding. They arrived and were a lighter pink. I gave a picture of what THEY listed on their website compared to what I received. They commented back with: we understand you have received the Mauve napkins and do not like the exact shade of pink they are compared with the website. "Please know we take such concerns seriously. For each order shipped, we keep detailed packing records and ask our employees sign off on every item and box sent. In this case, those records confirm the napkins shipped as ordered with color of Mauve. We understand selecting exact color shades online can be difficult. For this reason, we include both a disclaimer in the product description details about the same and offer a swatch sampling service. Anytime a digital photo is taken, there are variations that can result in different appearances. For example, in the photo you send below, it seems like the lighting is very bright, possibly taken under florescent lights. This is an example of how a photo will show a much lighter shade. Since these items were made to order as custom for you, they are not returnable. While we understand you do not like the color shade, we suggest using the swatch sampling service in the future." UNBELIEVABLE the picture I sent of the napkin they sent was NOT taken under a florescent light, this was NOT a custom order. I simply went on the website and chose from the colors available. DO NOT..I REPEAT DO NOT order from here!

I agree with ******* S on her review I ordered napkins for a wedding not custom. Turned out that color was not right and tried to get a return but was told it was a custom order also and could not be returned. Beware do not order from this company

I ordered a table cloth that was part of their inventory options on their website. No-where did it say custom. I received it and did not like the quality or color. They would not take it back, said it was a custom order. There is no way it was custom made and no where did it mention that on my order confirmation. I received it in 3 days. They will not take it back. Terrible customer service. DO not use them!

I ordered linens from this company and totally regret it!!!!!! Even though they acknowledged that what I got was different from the website picture I was further told that the website picture is not meant to be a total representation.what?????order swatches if you have TIME or else youll be fudged!!!!!!!
