I have filed a complaint with BBB of ** for Payment to be refunded by Wyndham at ********* ** location with no resolution and it has been over 30 days. I am now filing a complaint with corporate office for this location. I stayed.at this hotel on September 9th 2023,I choose this hotel because it was pet friendly upon arriving was not asked for pet fee and was charged on my card $50 , And i also had complaint's about the suspicions activity going on in their parking lot people not staying there were getting out of their car going into the ***** behind hotel it was very scary i let the front desk know about it I called the hotel 5 times about this matter, and i also called their customer care in ********** 4 times I got a email stating a case #******** and they put it my daughter name **** because she has members card then i got email stating they are sorry its under review and want to give my ***** points on her card and that's all i have heard on this is matter for October 16 , 2023. I did not sign any agreement for a pet fee to be charged to my account and when I called anonymously to the hotel after speaking with the hotel about the charge that occured. I was told a pet fee was only $30. I feel with all complaints that I made to get this issue resolved with the hotel prior to filing BBB complaints I would now like to see a full refund for my stay since this has now costed me time and energy to hopefully resolve this matter.
