I entered a ****** review a few months ago. It was an honest opinion on my experience working with Nancy Kowalik Group when we wanted to sell our home in 2020.My review read:"Not impressed. We contacted the team to sell our home in Erial. The realtor sent to our home made us feel inferior. Our home was older, a bit outdated and a small rancher. As many of their homes are luxury homes they sell, we felt that the realtor didn't want to bother selling our home since it's not their "norm". We were told we'd have to stage our whole house to sell even though we would already be in our new home. We weren't going to buy furniture just to stage in our house. We had hardwood floors that's were scratched due to age and dogs. The realtors tone seemed like she was off-put by our rugged hardwood floors bc they weren't pristine.I wouldn't recommend if you want to sell just a plain normal to small sized home."Last week on 2/09 I notice my review was gone from ******, even though it was approved when I posted it, So...I reposted it.I have heard rumors that this place of business does this sometimes to hide anything negative being said about them..or they will harass you to remove reviews and threaten to *** you.Between the afternoon of 2/10 and the morning of 2/11, I received 8 attempts to contact me from them, between two people, to talk about my review. I had 1 reply on my review and then I had 5 phone calls and 2 text messages. At one point, they called 3 times in 1 hour....8 attempts to contact me in 19 hours.I felt very harassed. My review was honest, there was no cursing, there was no lying and it was not written in an angry moment.I believe this company needs to be watched under a microscope based off many other rumors I have heard from others who have experienced things first hand.
