After this company did a stucco repair to a portion of my house and completed this job, the owner ***************************** offered to repair the rest of the stucco that was damaged in other places and paint all of the stucco for $8000.00. I agreed and he **** up a contract. it was half down $4000.00, then 25% progress payment and then balance due at completion of the job. The work started on December 17th. *** then requested after 2 days the second payment. I asked how many more days they had to finish up and he told 2 days. So, I wrote him a check for the remaining balance of $4000.00 (which he cashed that day). they have not been back to finish my house. I have called him several times and text messaged him several more times. The responses I get are we will be there next week and they never show up. In addition there has been scaffold laying on the ground and some of it still erected on the side of my house since then. They also left all of there trash at my house which, I finally cleaned up this past weekend 3/4/2023. I have told him to remove the scaffold from my property for I do not want to be responsible for it if it get stolen. It is still there today (3/8/2023) I will be removing it from my property and will be putting it on the curb. It has damaged my grass it has been there so long. I have asked him to refund me the money I gave him and he has not. I have little children and they play in the field next to my house and I do not want them getting hurt if this scaffold falls over for any reason. This is why I am removing it from my property. I just wanted a refund or for them to complete my job, but have only received lip service for 3 months. There have been plenty of really nice days this winter that they could have finished my house, but they did not.Sincerely,***********************
