I am owed 5$ from my cash back request. I left the store without receiving it. It has now turned into a HUGE ordeal. I have attempted to get it myself but the manager is never there and he is the only one who is able to help me....so I am told.I have filled out the contact us form on the 7-11 site multiple times, called the ***** number and stopped at the store. With gas and time I am owed well over $5. 7-11 corporate has never reached out. The store has never followed up. After stopping by multiple times, Ive decided to use the 7-11 contact us form. That has not proven helpful. I only receive the automated resolve for submitting a concern with the promise of a follow up. Here are the case numbers 7-11 has assigned to me. I have resubmitted the case after no response from them. Case Number: CS1608449, CS1592956, CS1625611, CS1631684, Ridiculous at best.Business response

we didn't find any $5.00 charge for that day and the customer was not happy and start to curse in the store.
