I purchased a living room set from this Company.I was told they would have it ready by January 15 now there is delay and they do not have an ETA for the complete set. I did ask for an alternative set that is in stock for delivery but now have not heard back from the company. I would like help in obtaining a refund for the full amount in order to make a purchase elsewhere. The Total cost ********Business response
