            I have complained to customer service dozens of times that I need delivery by 8AM as thats when I leave for work and take the paper to read at lunch. The paper doesn't come at least until 10AM.They say they will report to the department that handles the dellivery but it still is not getting any better. I've gotten the Press for many years and I don't want to cancel. When I do get the paper, it's either on the next door neighbors lawn or on my lawn which is most of the time wet. Can you help me?

            The Asbury Park Press says that they will provide delivery services that are appropriate and helpful for the customer. I have requested that the paper be placed in a mail slot in the front door of the residence. This is because the resident is elderly with limited mobility. Despite daily calls, the request has been promised, but not delivered. In speaking to the customer service representatives, some of them were **** and rude. The excuse given for not providing the request is that there is not real managerial supervision of the delivery personnel. A newspaper that often writes about organizations and businesses that do not provide transparent and effective customer service is a guilty as the features they write. The newspaper is uncaring about senior customers and ineffective in managing their delivery personnel.
