      My SIM card broke and then got lost. I purchased a new SIM and called the company (ultra mobile) to request my number to be transferred to the new SIM. It's been over a week and I have spent many wasted hours being transferred from one department to the next and the company refuses to transfer my phone number to the new SIM CARD. Additionally I am paying for cell phone service that I am not able to use since the new SIM is useless when I don't have service.

      On 5/13/2023 I contacted the business in order to upgrade my cellular service from a 3G plan, that had run out of data, to a 15G plan. I requested that the plan take effect immediately, as I was traveling and needed the data. The rep that I chatted with assured me that this could be done and explained that she would be adjusting the account to reflect the upgrade. She then charged me ***** for the upgrade that took effect immediately. When the end of the billing cycle (4 days later) came about, my service was suspended and required a payment of ***** in order to restore the service. I contacted the company to arrange for a refund as they made a mistake in the upgrade, and my total adjusted bill for the previous month was ***** which is the 15G pricing. But I only had 15G service for 4 days. My request for an adjustment and then a refund were denied. As I did not receive 30 days of 15G service, the pricing needs to be corrected.

      I would like to report that ************ is apart of a Psychic Gang and is attacking me because of the Psychic employees where I work ************* In the month of May I paid my cell phone **** .My cellphone was operating perfectly without any issues. All of a sudden when a man with a ******** **** had given me his cell phone number the cellphone had stopped operating completely and effectively in *************. At first I could not receive calls from others now my cell phone only operates between the hours 6:00 PM in the afternoon to 5:00 AM in the morning. Please I would like the Police Officers in ******** and in ********** to obtain a copy of my complaint. I have important information on that phone and I cannot get access to it. Please report this issue to the proper authorities. I no longer have a phone at this time and I paid ************ in advance for my phone ****. They can work on the matter and make sure that their evil psychic employees doesn't have access to my cell phone. My contact number **************. Thank You
