      Date first contacted by head of *************** (*********************) was 12/29/2023 regarding a refund owed me of $623.52. He advised my wife, who took his call, the refund would be issued in **** days. Note, I had written first to ********************************, President * *** on 12/27/2023 and thus the call from *********************. I spoke with ********************* ***********************) two weeks after his initial call and he said the refund was with their accounts payable department marked rush. I sent another letter to their President * *** on 1/24/2024 again asking for his assistance in expediting the refund. I received a letter today from the hospital advising that someone from their service excellence team would reach out to me. No one had do this so far. I'm hoping the BBB can help resolve this instead of my bring this matter to small claims court.

      Good afternoon, 

      -Mr. ************************* originally reached out to us on 12/29/2023, account was reviewed, a refund was processed in the amount of $623.52.
      -It was mailed out via ***** on 1/30/2023.

      -******************** reached out again in writing on 1/24/2024.
      -As per policy a letter was sent acknowledging his complaint and letting him know that a member of our finance team would reach out to him shortly.
      -On 2/1 a supervisor reached out to him to assure him we were looking into what happened and we would follow up in the morning. She provided her direct cell phone number and advised him that he could call at any time.
      -After investigating, the address was correct; however, ******************** never received the package because ***** delivered it to the wrong home.
      -If this was a neighbor, it was never returned to ******************** or sent back to Saint Peters.
      -On 2/2 a second check was cut and ************ offered to hand deliver to ********************, he declined and opted to come to the hospital on Monday to pick up in person.

      This was a very unfortunate and unique incident; Im sure this frustrated ******************** and we are sorry for that. At this time ******************** should be in receipt of his refund. Thank you,*****.

      I am making a complaint in reference of improper care of all the patients in the emergency room. My husband and i have been waiting for 6 hour's for his pain medications to be given to him and nothing was given to him. My husband and I had to go and yell at the employees because instead of the regular doctor on duty to attend our needs they had a physician assistant attend to us which it was still a major problem. My husband was in critical pain suffering and nothing was done about the care of him. All of the employees were just sitting down in front of the computers and or just talking and laughing between themselves and not attending the patient's the way they are supposed to be attending every need of all patient's.
