              I would like to report a Commercial Shared kitchen located in ****** ** . I was a tenant at this location from July 2021 until September 2022.I am trying to get the $5000 deposit back since i vacated the property September 1st and i haven t received anything.They send me a $1100 check thats bounced back. I hired a lawyer to work on this situation and i am planning to files a law suit for my self and 2 others tenant for a total deposit between $9000/$10000. i suspect that the owners of the kitchen used our deposit money to found their business and buy new equipments.Also during the past 14 month the owner asked me to transfer the rent to his personal account (************************) and not the business name (Chip Salad LLC) approximately $49000.I have collected pictures, emails, audios and videos about that matter and also about the property and the non respect of health department rules and temperatures have also been breach many time. I strongly believe that this company is scamming people and other businesses. They are also serving expired food and they do not respect health department rules.
