I am really not enjoying living at ********** or as excited as i was moving in and management plays a big role. ******* must have a personal vendetta against me and I don't know why because I have always talked to him with respect. About 3 weeks ago I told him to unassign my car from my parking spot because I was having issues with my car and did not think I would have it for a while. He responded and told me alright, he never said i would not be able to get access to parking again. Fast forward I text him a few days ago and asked him if I could get the parking back and he told me there's no parking available and the parking spots are for new tenants only. I told him I don't have to get my old spot back it can be any spot. He tells me there's nothing available. So I tell him the building has 3 floors worth of parking and there's no way there's no parking parking because I see empty spots. *********** has no street parking and you need a parking permit to park on the streets. So you can see my frustration, I have been sending ******* messages and calling him and he has been ignoring my messages. He even took it as far as personally going to security and telling them to have my car towed if they see it. Mind you when i moved in October ******* the manager who is on maternity leave gave my boyfriend and I a two for one special for the parking meaning we both got parking access for our cars for 150$ which is the price to park per car. I tried telling ******* this and he does not care. Lastly, the hot water in the shower never gets hot! There is no reason for me to be taking cold showers in the morning when it's freezing outside. This is an honest review so please listen to me and take your money elsewhere if you plan on moving here. It is not worth it and I promise you you'll get more of your money's worth living elsewhere. Save yourself the headache!
