      We called the customer service number on our statement, ************, to inquire about our current terms and conditions of our Yard Card. We are considering purchasing a second trailer for our company. After being on hold for 54 minutes, I googled whether the extensive hold time was experienced by others, and found many BBB complaints on this topic especially during the month of August 2024. There seems to be a serious problem with this vendor. We are fortunate to not be experiencing a problem with our account, like so many other folks who filed complaints. I wonder what rules a credit card company must follow when it comes to answering the phone, and if they are violating any rules.

      We got a loan for a new Bad Boy mower from mytdfinancing May 22. 2024 and agreed to $55 per month payments for four years at 0% interest.So far, each bill has been $61. We have tried many times to call and talk to them with no success. My wife spent 5 hours on hold in one day. We even sent a letter with all the pertinent information. We have received no response and cannot get through on the phone. Very frustrating!

      I have been trying to get ahold of YardCard for the past 1 1/2 months and just get stuck on hold for 4 hours at a time with no answer. There is no other way to contact them so how am I supposed to fix the billing mistakes they made on my account.

      I have been trying to make a payment on my card for 6 days now and can not log in to my account and have sat on hold for a minimum of 4 hours a day for 6 days now. No one is answering the customer service line. And now my payment is late because they have NO customer service!

      I bought a lawn mower with my Yard Card back in 2020. I have never missed a single payment. Recently Yard Card switched how you sign in and I found myself locked out. I have since tried contacting the company multiple times and cannot get through to speak to someone and am unable to make a payment because my account is locked. This is resulting in late payments on my credit because this company cannot adequately staff a contact center to service their customers needs.

      TD yard card is a business that I have been paying for over 2 years and have always made my payments on time. Recently ******* added a late payment to my credit report which is not true. I have tried to reach ******* several times. I stayed on hold for 3 hours one day and 2 hours the next day. I have also tried going online to reach them by direct message and the system is saying they are experiencing difficulties. My payment is due tomorrow and the is no way to contact them at this time. The issue is with ******* and not the customer. It is unfair to report derogatory remarks on a customer's credit report when the information is incorrect. This company can not be reached via telephone or email.

      I have had a Yard Card for a couple of years now with no issue. They recently created a new site and I can no longer log in or pay by phone. I have no way to pay on my account. I have spent hours on hold over the last 3 days and have no reached a human by phone. I also cannot find an email address or chat option for this business. I do not want my credit affected because I have no way to make a payment!

      I purchased a lawn mower for my business and it was on auto pay. Their website says its in good status that I am on auto pay. It doesnt work! I have called and called and called hours of time wasted to try to fix something. I mean ***** Im just trying to pay my bill and when it doesnt come out automatically I call and make the payment and then they tell me its late, charge me late fees and hit my credit report! Its crazy they have completely destroyed my credit and it wasnt supposed to be in my name period, this was a company purchase. *** asked several times for them to fix it and they have not. Now I cant get them on the phone period. On hold for hours yesterday and on hold now so far for 35 minutes. I go to the website and it says my credentials are wrong. Ummm no its saved on my computer and I havent changed anything. So then go to reset my password and it says number not found and it doesnt even bring it up by account number. After reading other reviews I see I am not the only one in this situation. They need to fix this! Im just trying to pay my bill. Just because their system is apparently broken doesnt make it ok to s**** up my credit and charge late fees. I want my late fees returned and credit report fixed. Trying to buy a house and they are the cause of my credit being messed up. Fix it, refund me, Ill pay the whole thing off at this point but cant get a hold of them. I have no idea whats going on with this company. Maybe they are going under or something but this is NOT ok.

      August 6, 2024, I received two (2) credit cards (unique accounts) in the mail. I never applied for any credit cards with this company. I have NOT been able to close these two (2 )credit card accounts. I have been on hold for HOURS, with no answer. I contacted the issuing bank ********* and I was told this is part of their retail division and they could not help me and that I had to take up this issue with Yard Card customer representatives directly. I have not been able to reach any Yard Card customer representative. I want both of these accounts CLOSED. I want to know if there are any other credit accounts opened in my name and I want those closed as well.
