I bought a backpack for travellers because I needed a bigger backpack to carry some books and a safety helmet. Literally for more space. It was supposed to carry heavy loads. Something around 3 weeks later the hanger damaged and I couldn't use the backpack anymore. I went to store to see what could be done and they said they couldn't do anything without a receipt and I said it was paid by card so it was easy to track. Also, they said they couldn't do anything in this case because they wouldn't be able to return it to seller and they would be with the loss if they replace the product. It means I paid for a heavy duty backpack that doesn't carry three books and a safety helmet. I didn't want money back. I just wanted another backpack because I need it 5o my work.Business response

Our return policy says 20 days with receipt in an original package. If customers have no receipt, it is not possible to determine the date of purchase. We are not keeping any personal credit card data at our location because of customers' safety. If the item was good for 3 weeks, it shows we did not sell him the defective item. It might have been misused or overloaded to break the handle. Unfortunately, at this time, we will not be able to give him a refund or another backpack.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The backpack was purchased on 6th Decembet with the purpose of having more space for three books and a safety helmet. This isn't weight enough for one of the hangers to damage as it did. In this case I can assume that the material is of bad quality. Anyway, the point is : I paid f32 dollars for a heavy duty backpack, the backpack simply damaged after a little more than one month of use and the owner, a person of bad faith based on how it's behaving, doesn't want to move forward to who is responsible for.
