On 11/14 I went to pick up my car which had been parked with Vista Parking. I had BURIED deep within my car a $20 bill in an otherwise empty sunglasses case in my sunglasses holder of my car, as well as a change holder within my center console that I tucked under other items for my tolls on my way home. Unfortunately upon driving away, I went to get the change & found it to be mostly emptied. I noticed everything was all shuffled around in my ************ was made to look like I had used the money. I KNOW I didn't because I had filled it prior to my trip. This then made me search other areas of my ******* found that the $20 bill was replaced with $13, again, made to "look" like I had just used money. This is not the case because I NEVER place any other denomination in the case other than a $20 bill. I called & spoke on 11/14 with the gentleman who was working the front desk & complained, & he asked how much was missing. I proceeded to tell him I wouldn't know until I got home. When I got home I assessed the change & contacted him back to let him know the total was $12.60. This is not a lot of money, but this is a violation. This was not an item left out in plain sight. This is ***************** & principle. I have been calling & emailing every few days since & have not received ANY response from management or customer service from the company.I was a long time customer of ************************** have done the same thing each time I have used this service. I have NEVER had this happen before, & over the years I have recommended many people to use your parking ************* I am just completely frustrated. I am merely seeking the $12.60 to be returned out of principle.

I only used the business for one night in two days. During that time the first desk clerk told me to leave my ticket inside of the car, upon my return the second desk clerk and the driver told me I needed my ticket. The driver was extremely rude, irate, and discriminatory against me. He also asked me, the only black person to sit in the back of the shuttle because he was angry about the miscommunication with his coworker and decided to take it out on me. I am also missing money from my consul, and a brand new box of AirPods, and Im not sure what else was taken. The only way I was able to locate my vehicle was because my keys were visible and I have a keychain that is noticeable, other than that the desk clerk, ******** was completely clueless. Also, ******* was the one that to roast me to the airport initially, the next day she was behind the desk. Aside from the emotional distress from the completely rude and ignorant driver that picked me up I would definitely like to be reimbursed for those stolen items. I am completely sure that those items were taken because I put the box of AirPods underneath of my chair when I noticed I left them out, I was running late for my first flight so that was my first instinct to leave them under my chair and we are required to leave our keys with the desk clerk. Also, I am 100% sure I had an extra $20 in my consul because I live in ************ and there are many tolls on my way to ****** ********** which I had to go to the *** for.
