I joined this on 30 October. I have been unable to sign in, I didn't receive an email to create an account. So with that said, I haven't received the services I have been charged for every month. I am being charged ***** every month on the 30th. I have had 3 payments charged on my account now. I have tried contacting them by email and phone and no one has contacted me. What can I do to stop payment and possible receive at least my last payment on 30 December? I really hate cancelling my card but if I have to I will. Do not use this company very poor customer service. ***************************Business response

We're sorry to hear ******* experienced issues with accessing her membership. An email address and password is required to register prior to submitting payment and confirming enrollment which is why an email to set up an account was not received. It was set up by ******* prior to payment. The first email and voicemail we received from ******* was on January 3, 2023. Her membership was canceled and a refund was also issued on the same day. When our team sent an email, we received an automatic email response informing us that *******'s email inbox was full and couldn't be accepted. We're sorry we've been unable to reach *******. However, her request for cancellation and refund has been granted. We'll be happy to provide files to support our case if needed. Thank you.
