      I put a deposit down as I received an email saying you would get playoff priority with a deposit for season tickets. I never heard back after over a week. I contacted them through their chat and finally someone called me. Spoke several times over the phone to ********* and a few emails. was going to get season tickets. We talked a few times. She went over all the rules they have which I said I understood and I had to fill out this form and send in my license which I did (kinda invasive if you ask me to buy something. I have other season tickets and never had to do that). She wanted me to come down and pick them out which was fine but there was only a few games left this season and it was last minute and during the week and couldnt make it. Then she said I could come down on an off day or weekend which was fine I was planning on that then that changed and they couldnt do it. They still gave me all the pricing and stuff and I was trying to decide which seats. Then I asked about playoff strips and she said I could only get strips with lower level seats (they never said taht before and I asked about it before) On the last call we had she was very invasive asking all these questions about me in living in another state and what I do for work and what my business is and who exactly i transferred tickets to like 8 years ago. like seriously. This is worse then trying to buy a house or something. Anyway she also took my CC and said she needed to check wtih her manager and she will get back to me right away. She didnt call till the next day when I was busy and left a message saying were not able to sell you tickets. They wasted hours of my time, took my CC which I certianly would not have given if they werent going to give me seats and my ID and everything else. I do not want any of that on file and immediately discarded now. I am Extremely disappointed in the whole process and a total waste of time and my kids will also be disappointed.

      We have resolved the customers complaint by taking the following steps: 1) Deleting all of the customers information, including his credit card information, from our database, as requested; 2) Providing a full refund of the deposit amount ($250) on May 15, 2023 and 3) Informing the customer that the refund was processed by voicemail on May 15, 2023.  As provided in our season membership terms and conditions, transfer of season membership tickets are subject to certain limitations and season memberships and the tickets associated with such memberships are revocable at any time by the company with or without cause. Accordingly, the company rightfully exercised such right in this incident and has resolved the matter by taking the abovementioned steps.

      I am partially rejecting this response because:

      I never even had gotten a season ticket membership yet  or ever had one so how could I violate any terms of the season tickets if i never had one. I fully understood the terms of the membership but I was never given the opportunity to get one.
