I advised the shop my car shake heavily when I pressed on brake and my streering wheel was hard to turn. When the shop manager contacted he told me I needed to changed the ****** ***** steering pump, etc. he gave me a quote of over $5k to fix the problem, The price was very costly so I asked for any other option. He assured me if I want the car to be fully fixed i will need to do everything, I told the manager i dont have that kind of money to do the work. He eventually lower the labor cost and willing to charge $4,385.11. They have credit card option so he took my information to qualify me. My approval wasnt enough to cover the cost so My wife also got approved for a portion, we still had to pay the difference out of pocket. Few days later the shop manager told me the car was fixed, he told me since the parts are new the car may run weird the first few days but it will go away not to worry. After I picked up the car The streering wheel was better but still a little stiff, when I pressed on the break the car still shake like it was doing before, I waited about a week to see if it will changed since I was told the car may run weird the first few days. After a week I called the shop to advised them the car still have the same issue, they asked me to bring the car back. I received a call stating the issue was actually the brake that needed to be fix and it will cost an additional $1400 to fix, I told the manager i already paid for the service I should not have to pay more money for the same issue, the manager told me they didnt check the brake however the worked they did needed to be done anyway. Base on the work order documentation they provided me they did complete a break check. I called the headquarters to make a complaint, the district manager offer to cut the additional cost to $700 which I told him was not enough, I paid over $4k already for a job that didnt get done. My car still not fix and I have a **** of 4k. Please help.
