      Business is a scam, took money with promises similar to many of the current complaints. Hoping to find legal recourse

      The company promised a money back guarantee after two years if I didnt achieve at least the money I invested with them. I am calling them on this and they are non-communicative and extremely hard to reach. I cant even get them to put what they verbally say in writing. Passive Scaling is just a bad company with whom to work.

      Signed up with company in 2019. Similar to rest of complaints. Does anyway have any resolutions as I also can not get in contact with anyone anymore and this has been a horrible experience

      I signed with this company called PASSIVE SCALING *** for an E-******************* Agreement back in July of 2021. One of the key selling points in the agreement was the Refund Policy. I've contacted the company about issuing my refund because my 18 months are up and the parameters of the Refund Section have been met. The first response I received, they tried to make me confirm that I requested for my store to be on Pause, but fortunately, I always record my meetings with them, when I emailed back, letting them know I have everything recorded and that I never asked to pause my store, the company ghosted me. I've emailed multiple people such as my store manager, my sales person, including the owner, I' ve sent letter and emails, not a single person will respond. All phone numbers I can find have been disconnected or are no longer in service. It's very clear that they do not intend to honor their refund policy. I've attached my contract. There is a case that I just found against Mr. ********* that looks very similar to the situation I'm in with Mr. *********. The plaintiffs are asserting that Mr. ********* also overstated his company's ability to provide the services outlined in the contracts to the defendants. PLEASE HELP

      I signed a contract with passive scaling back in June 2021. They promised me upon signage that they will have my automated e-commerce running, meaning that they will take care of all transactions, such as sales and Product Orders, All I will have to do is check the back office and check how sales are going. From what is stated on the contract if the store is closed and not able to resolve then I am liable for a refund, well the store was closed due to improper management on their end and I reach out to them about my refund several times and I was told once I sent an email stating that Im requesting a refund that someone from their department will get back to me, it is now May 21, 2023, and I emailed them that letter back in November 2022 and also March 2023 and I have yet gotten a notice from them about that refund. I paid them the exact amount of thirty thousand on June 22, 2021. I made several attempts reaching out to their manager who Goes by the first name of Jerdonna through texts and calls and she has not gotten back to me concerning this and made no attempts. all Ive been getting is the runaround and no response from her. I sincerely believe that this company had misappropriate my money and they have no attention to paying me back.

      In end of July, I have paid PASSIVE SCALING company total $30000. By signing the contract they have given me assurance that our amazon store will be up and running within 2-3 months. In the process of opening new store, they have not been accurate on guidelines that when and how can we achieve everything in time frame. We are after 6 months, still waiting for the inventory to be uploaded in to our store. According to their policy in contract, we can ask for refund within 18 months if they are not at optimum level. Now at this point, we can not tolerate any miscommunication or extension, so were asking for refund but there is not any direct personal contact, who can assist. Please help us bring my money back from the company. Total with the inventory I have invested $33637.26.
