Refund and Exchange Policy
  • Nearly all gaming tables ship via freight as they often weigh hundreds of pounds. Please read entire Shipping and Returns policy. By proceeding with an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to Shipping & Returns Policies. 
    Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
    There is a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange a product. 

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused and in its' original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return or exchange, you can contact business at [email protected]. After they receive your request, they will review the request. If your return/exchange is accepted, they send you an email with instructions to return the item(s). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
    They are unable to process a return or exchange if:
    you do not notify them of a desired return within the 30 day window of receiving your item
    the item is not in its' original packaging, is damaged or has missing parts
    you have placed an order for a custom built gaming table
    For all returns, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping and any manufacturer re-stock fees (10% - 25% dependent on the manufacturer).
    For product exchanges, they will determine the eligibility of free-return shipping based on the circumstances. They are unable to cover the return-shipping if you ordered a product in error or selected the incorrect size or color. Read Damages and Faulty Manufacturing sections of the policy for exchanges that are related to those categories. 
    Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email confirming they received the item and begin processing the refund. Your refund will be process as a credit back to the original method of payment, within 7 business days.
    Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your refund is missing or late, please contact your bank or credit card company to inquire about the credit. If you still are experiencing difficulties in receiving your refund, please contact them at [email protected] so they can further assist you. 
    Once your exchange item is received and inspected, they will send you an email confirming they received the item and begin the process to send the new exchanged product.

    Cancellations
    In most instances, they are able to cancel your order at no cost prior to shipment. 
    If you decide to cancel your order after an item has shipped, the following apply:
    You will be responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping and any manufacturer re-stock fees (10% - 25% dependent on the manufacturer)
    Your refund will be processed after the item is received
    Any custom built or made to order items are not permitted
    Damages
    They want to provide you with the best quality gaming tables available so it's important you carefully read the policy on damaged items. 
    Upon receiving your item(s) you MUST inspect them for visible damage.
    If there is significant damage to the box, please take the following steps: 
    REFUSE the shipment as damaged
    Specify the damage on the delivery bill or BOL
    Specify any missing boxes/items
    Take photographs of the items visible damages and all angles of the item/package
    Send them the photos and details of the damages to [email protected] so they can process your claim and get you a replacement as quickly as possible
    If there is minor damage to the box, please take the following steps: 
    Specify the damage on the delivery bill or BOL as "possible concealed damage"
    Damage to the box can be: holes, large rips, dents, dings, crushed corners, etc. 
    If upon opening the package you notice damage to the items then take photographs of the box/packaging and the product at all angles
    DO NOT THROW AWAY THE BOX OR PACKAGING
    Send them the photos (of the box and product) and details of the damages to [email protected] so they can process your claim and find a solution as quickly as possible
    The following provisions also apply:
    Failure to follow any of the steps will result in a violation of policy and procedures which may result in them not being able to process your replacement claim.
    You must report the damage within 3 calendar days of receiving your purchased items.
    If the concealed damage is cosmetic, they reserve the right to arrange sending replacement parts and/or having the damage repaired professionally (depending on the manufacturer's policy). 
    You may not dispose of the damaged goods or box/package until further instructions are provided by them or the manufacturer. If you dispose of the product or packaging they will not issue you a replacement or refund. No exceptions. 
    Missing Products or Products Didn't Arrive
    In the rare event that you did not receive your products, please notify them immediately at [email protected] or (888) 701-7030 so they can investigate with the freight company. If they are unable to locate the product and provide an ETA on delivery, they will gladly refund your money or send you the product again. 
    Faulty Manufacturing
    Most suppliers offer Manufacturer Warranties. For your convenience, they've detailed the terms of the manufacturer warranties on each product page, under the "Warranty Information" tab. 
    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Unfortunately, they cannot accept items that have been used, damaged due to use, or have missing parts.
    Any product that is custom made is non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-returnable. No exceptions (regardless of production delays, change of mind, etc.) as these are made to order by the manufacturer. 
    Blanket Policy Disclaimer
    If there are any instances where a circumstance is not specified in their policies, they will defer to the individual manufacturer policy without exception. Each manufacturer policy is different, you as a customer agree to defer to the manufacturer's shipping & returns policy in these instances.
