  Let me start my review off as a warning to future customers. I hope that this review will help the next person to make the right decision and NOT HIRE this company!! I know for a fact that your bank account and your mental well-being will definitely thank you for it. My wife and I hired ****** **** ****** who outsourced us to the trucking/moving company known as Express Services to handle our move NY to FL. My experience as a manager in the service industry where I understand that the customer is not always right but they are still your customer and should be treated with respect and dignity. That is not the case here with this company. The original price they provided was not the price they charged which is understandable, sometime prices change due to many factors. Secondly, we had to pay them in cash which is something I never heard of which was over 10k. Upon the pick up of our items I had to run out to get gift cards to pay them or they would not load the truck. Fast forward to today my wife and I were under the expression that we had paid in full. When the truck arrived, we were told we still had a balance due which I very calmly explained to them that to my knowledge that was not the case. When the driver Abu who is amazing by the way reached out to the owner Anthony who was on speaker phone called me a piece of **** and a lair, which is totally uncalled for. If there was a miss communication over the balance my wife and I would have no problem correcting the situation which we did. Lastly we finally got our stuff off of the truck and into our storage unit. I’m not big on writing reviews but in this case I want anyone looking to hire this company to definitely look elsewhere where, even if I cost a few extra dollars. It would definitely be in your best interest to do so. I hope that this review will help the next person to make the right decision and NOT HIRE them because your bank account and your mental well being will definitely thank you for it.

  Moved from ** to **** *******. Lost my bed and chair. Also someone else’s stuff was delivered to me. Another screwed customer. Moses ****** nasty man will post on every website possible until restitution or bed which I’m sure they lost or sold it. Big mistake ********** **

  This company took left my package outside and leave, and they lie about the cubic feets, my apartment is about 300sqftx8ft tall, and they charge me 700+sqft, which means that around 1/3 of my apartment filled is been moved, which is clearly not the case. Their customer services are bad too, when they call you, the guy is like "if you have any other questions to customer services, they will send you to me before you pay up."

  Square feet and a cubic feet. Its totally different measurements. For your information. we checked our files and system. You are not one of our customer.   I hired this company on 03/26/24 to deliver 21 boxes, 1 duffel bag, one shopping cart, and an empty insulin bag, from Pennsylvania to Georgia. I paid $500 upon pickup, with the other $500 due upon delivery. I was promised delivery by 03/30/2024. The boxes were not delivered on that date and thus far have not been delivered as of this writing. When I spoke with company representative, I was told delivery could take up to 21 days, due to delivery only occurring with a full truck traveling to my vicinity.

  There are no words to describe the incompetence of this company. From the lies on the initial contract to the end is way beyond comprehension. Judgement day is not soon enough for you and the rest of your scammers. I never waived my right to a visual inspection. They underbid for insurance purposes. They lie on the cubic footage. They bring a smaller vehicle so there is no way your stuff will fit. I was told 399.00 to hold, 1750.00 at pick up and 1750.00 delivery. I pd when I finally got my stuff over 40 days later,a total 7880.50. I was missing a lot of boxes, almost all my boxes were damaged. The top to my safe was damaged and the screw that holds the handle was missing. I called repeatedly every Monday at least 5 times before someone would call back. The driver, when I went out to look in his truck, instead of boards, load locks and thick cargo straps, had car type cargo straps hanging across the trailer and not even touching the load. Even the icc/mc numbers are barely visible on the tractor. Broken furniture, he told me he would look at it. I fixed it. Almost all my deceased husband's power tools. Gone. Dishes garage, paperwork, gone. I believe out of the 70 boxes reportedly on the truck, I had 56 or 57. Most were damaged to where I couldn't even donate. The last Monday I called, it was over 40 days by then, I was in the process of filing a police report for stolen propery with the police in that city. I opened boxes and they were half full. Been around trucks since I was 19. I know what drivers and warehouse employees do. You took my stuff in your I am guessing a 42ft. You told me it went to GA. Next time I talked to you it miraculously was in NJ. Pick up day you supposedly had a driver in Raleigh. The driver told me he came from NJ. I had just about everything packed, stuff I wasn't taking ended up on the truck, the paperwork I signed disappeared when y'all left, unbelievable. They are a broker. They lie, steal and cheat. Do not use this company. RUN!

  This company is the worse. They held on to the items for almost a month, never providing an actual delivery date because they were waiting for a driver. The so call owner Moeshe is a scammer. I received one quote and then when the u-haul came, not an actual truck, I was being charged more money. According to this person Moeshe, who by the way was not there, claimed that I had double the amount of cu ft that was originally quoted to me. When I confirmed with the driver that this was not true, he stated that he did not want to hear what I had to say and he just wanted the money, and if I did not give him the additional amount of $7,500 my items were going to be taken off the u-haul and placed in the street. Since my items were already on the u-haul I had no choice but to pay. He is a nasty, rude person that was caught in so many lies it was ridiculous. I recently found out that the name of the company on the check that Moeshe had me write DOES NOT EXIST which is considered fraud. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE SCAMMED MANY PEOPLE AND DOES NOT ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY. HORRIBLE COMPANY. The other person that supposedly is the owner is Anthony, another liar and scammer. I had to be the one who had to call or text, if not I would never have known when the delivery would be. These two should never be in any kind of business. They do not care about anything but money. It was discovered that the cu ft that Moeshe indicated was not true I had so much less, but once again he did not care about that. This company are thieves.

  This was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Not only did they lie to us about Everything, they damaged our items. As my damaged items were coming off the truck the driver kept telling me to take pictures, take videos then before leaving me with all of my damaged items and high emotions he came back into my house and asked for the bill of lading, which I never signed, by the way, and he left with it. Now of course that document is REQUIRED to submit a claim they will never reply to. They hired a couple local gentleman to help unload my items and one very kind man said this was a terrible pack and he expressed concerns to me often. I am sure there are many companies just as bad as this outfit. My mistake was letting a ****** chose for me and they, the Broker were just as bad.

  BEWARE! This company has scammed me out of $2,000. I worked with a guy named *************** who informed me that each line on the truck represented 150 cu sq ft. This in fact was a LIE and each line only represents about ********************************************* He also told me he tried to cancel my job last minute but could not or the brokerage his company works with would never give him jobs again. He also stood in my kitchen for hours talking on the phone about how he cant afford to buy designer. Conversation like that should not be held in front of customers. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

  Instead of following up with my complaint, like they said they would, they decided to come to this platform and respond to my review with more LIES. ***** did not reach out to me, I had to call them twice to get ahold of them and they continued to lie about not having information on the truck that was used for my pick up. Its no shock to how unorganized this company is to where they never thought it would be a good idea to write down what truck was used for what service. In addition to this, the driver also had inappropriate conversations with me during the pick up process, which I forgot to mention before because there was just so much that went wrong during this process. I have never had to deal with such unprofessionalism, and I've used 3 other moving companies in the past. I don't get a thrill out of leaving bad reviews but something needs to be said. Once again this company will scam you and tell you any just to place them in a good light. Everyone complaining about this company clearly has a reason to so believe them!

  Highly recommend it to anybody! I had a lot of fragile items I needed moved, and these guys did a great job taking care of them. They were professional with the whole move and were on schedule and nothing was broken or scratched! I appreciate that so much! Try them out!

  They harassed me until I signed. Was very careful wrapping furniture. Told them we needed storage which they gave for 90 days. Nov.1st we received a call from a driver saying he was at our house! We never called for it and the house had not passed inspection. So the driver said they could put it in **********. We didnt have a garage! Now that the home has passed all inspection and we can move in,they dont answer the phone or return our calls! Im reporting my furniture stolen!

  They delivered the furniture Dec 15th. Many items were destroyed and we are missing items. I had furniture which had mold and than found material which was moldy. The invoice showed the wrong address and I was billed for a redelivery fee. The person told me I lied since I refused to remove my review. I also found another person they took advantage of.
