    I signed a buyers agreement on 2/28/22 to purchase a vehicle that was in transit to the dealership. The Vehicle was Identified as (*****************) a 2022 GMC Sierra ******* The vehicle met all my specific needs and I agreed to purchase the vehicle. I was told a deposit was needed in order to reserve this specific vehicle identified above. I was given an arrival date of 3/20/22 to pick the vehicle up. After several times of being told the vehicle was still in transit, I had a colleague who lives close to the dealership go to see if the vehicle was there. Upon arrival a McGuire employee showed him my vehicle in a body shop being repaired from damages that had been done to the vehicle during transit. The vehicle was being repaired and paintefd and hidden with out me being notified. My colleague photographed the vehicle and vin number. I then confronted the General Manager ******* via phone and email. ******* told me that there was no issue and that my 93K truck would be repaired and then I can pick it up. They offered another vehicle that is still being built at GMC, but is quite a ways away from being at the dealer. When I agreed to purchase said vehicle, I agreed to purchased a new vehicle, not a vehicle that needed to be repainted and repaired. After the knowledge of knowing that they were hiding this from me, I refused to buy any other vehicle from them. I asked to cancel my contract and now the dealership is refusing to give me my $5000.00 deposit back. I have hired an attorney and will be making a civil claim if my money is not returned this week.

    Took my 2020 Buick encore GX in for service for a check engine light on July 5. Made the appointment the previous night as soon as the light went on after two hours of work on my car, I was informed that my car was safe to drive, and I can come back in 2 to 3 weeks when the parts that are back ordered have been received. The issue seemed to be with the turbo charger, a specific valve, etc. 2 miles later, while driving on Tonnelle someone was screaming at me from an intersection that my vehicle was on fire. My vehicle had caught fire and was totaled due to negligence from this dealership. The service manager arrived at the location of my burning vehicle within 10 minutes. What really bothers me is how the situation was handled from here on out. Despite being put through this, I still wanted to go ahead and get myself into a new Buick, because I loved my car. *******, the finance manager, when asked what I needed from them, and I told them I just needed to be in a new vehicle (not an encore gx, for obvious reasons) and at my same payment she said simply thats not possible. So for somebody who decided to try and work with the dealership, give them every opportunity to reconcile the situation, and remained what I would consider reasonably calm during this whole ordeal, they were 100% unsympathetic, and did not acknowledge their negligence.The only bright side of this dealership would have to be ******* the one salesman who tried to help me prior to my vehicle catching fire, and ******** in the service department, who was always attentive and kind.I strongly recommend buick of ****** before this dealership seeing that theyre a lot more honest and helped me with leasing my GX 3 years ago.
