      Never agreed to receive scam marketing emails. The unsub link in the email is corrupted and doesn't go anywhere when you click on it, which makes it impossible to remove personal info from their database.

      I ordered "Silver Glitter Stand All Day Pumps". They are the tackiest, ugliest shoes I have ever seen. They look like a ****** princess dressed like a Pilgrim. I shipped them back for a refund of my $50.00 purchase price and was told that they couldn't find the shoes or refund my money without a tracking number. In my long history of making and returning merchandise online, I have never been required to provide a tracking number to get a refund. Dream Pairs does not want to refund their customers for returned purchases and does not honor their return policy. This is not a reputable company and they do not make a good quality product. Never purchase anything from "Dream Pairs." If you think that they will refund your money, you are dreaming.

      We require a return tracking number to verify a return has been processed by our warehouse. The customer failed to provide the required documentation. Our warehouse worked hard to locate returns matching the customer's information and shipping address. We failed to confirm a return was received by the customer. However, we opted to issue a refund for the customer to avoid further issues.

      My problem is that I ordered a pair of shoes from this company and never received them. I paid for the shoes through my paypal account and have documentation to that fact. I called the company to inquire as to why I never receive the shoes and was told my order information was unavailable due to the length of time that has passed. The shoes were ordered in May and the tracking number provided was( **********************). When I checked the status using the tracking number, it said an update is not yet available for your package. And that It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to ***** Check back soon. I never received an estimated time for delivery. I checked on my order numerous time during the course of about a month. After some time had passed I realized I never received my shoes. I would like to get the shoes or a refund for the shoes I paid for and never got.

      Purchased a product from this company never received information regarding the purchase contact the company and was told I would receive information in 24 hours . 24 hours went by and did not receive anything. Reached out to the company again and Have been given the run around. I want my product sent to me or a refund

      The consumer misspelled the email address at the time of the order and was an invalid email. We spoke to the consumer on October 14, 2022, to confirm the spelling. It was confirmed the email was misspelled and this was the reason a confirmation email was not received. We sent a follow up email to the correct email address and provided a screenshot of the order details for the consumers' records and provided all updates including shipping and tracking details and links to the consumer. The issue has been resolved.
