Hi, This complaint is for Retro Fitness - ******************************************. I signed up for Personal training through the Club for *********** which ended in Mid December and paid all dues to the the club for three months starting from Sep 11th through Dec 14th, 2022. Even though services rendered have finished and the payments are received by the club - Club ended up charging me in January. I had to call them and they credited my Credit Card with a note stating - "Appoligies and will not happen again from the manager working at the facility" Again in the month of February, same thing happened. I have asked one 1/2 dozen times and requested for a call back for the club manager to get same rectified but she neither has she called me or I have received the credit to my Credit Card for $360.00. Last Saturday I asked the front desk to Text her as I don't have her mobile #, and in respond she lied to her employee stating Credit is already issued and will take 5 business days. Also she responded to the employee that she called me which is absolutely a lie. As a result of this, I had to cancel me credit card, move over 15 business units who are changing me to this credit card absolutely due to the sheer mistake is of this Retro Fitness Business. I would like to see a credit back to my Credit card along with an apology letter from the manager and stating in reality this will not happen again in future to me or any other customer fro the same business. It is such a shameful situation where the customer is putting such a complaint in front of BBB. Nothing wrong with the other staff member or the trainers at the facility. They are absolutely cooperative, greet members with a smile. Unfortunate part is they do not have any powers to issue credit to the customer immediately. All such rights are held by the manager and she only operates from 8:00 - 2:00 PM. Monday through Friday where as I visit the club from 5:00 AM through 7:00 AM. the credit was issued to this member and my manager spoke with the member and advised them of the credit **** days to be posted to there account .Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The Manager called today and this is what they are saying since February 14th. No credit is issued to date. She call today after 10 days asking for the same. First of all - why they had to charge first time ? Then they made a mistake and repeated the same mistake. I would appreciate if you ask then evidence on Credit and why all this happened. To me, these are bad business practices.
