I usually never leave a review even if the service is bad and if I could rate it 0 stars I would. The experience i've had with this place has been the worst and the definition of a nightmare. I bought a used car about 7 months ago and 3 weeks into it already had a timing belt issue. They fixed it. After 3 months the ** compressor just blew out, they said they couldn't do nothing about it and the warranty I paid separately only covered $1,000 and I had to cover the remaining $600. Now coming into the 8th month of owning the car the motor blows out and I came into the dealership respectfully wanting to resolve the issue, wanting to either just to cancel the initial loan and they told me they couldn't do anything about it except give me credit towards another car, a 2020 Honda Accord in which I considered at first. However, when i test drove it, the engine light was on and the sales guy said that it would go away after driving it, but that never happened, instead they were just trying to put me in another useless car with defects. In the end they offered to give me credit towards the 2020 Honda but just to put me into more debt. This whole situation has caused unnecessary stress, I've been without a car for two months, continuing to pay both my monthly car payments and insurance for a car that I haven't been able to actually enjoy. This has been such a financial hardship for me and it not only affected me mentally but it has taken a huge toll on my life and job altogether. This place does not care about their customers whatsoever, instead they try to sell you defected cars with no intentions to assist you any further.
