On October 9th 2021, I wrote a check in the amount of $8000 to Quality Cabinet's LLC located at ************************************ to the business owner *****************************************. He promised us our cabinets would be installed before November 24th, 2021. Now on Dec 1st 2021 the cabinets haven't been installed and we were told by his family member that he is dealing with health issues. So the family member told us we had to wait and didn't give us a start or completion date. The business owner hasn't contacted us at all to give us a new date to install the cabinets. We reached out numerous times to him at this phone number ************ and he hasn't answered us back. He never gave us a proposal or a contract or a receipt it was only verbal. We just feel that the way he is handling this situation it's not professional at all and we need our money back and I've been deceived so I no longer want to deal with this business.
