I ordered two media file cabinets. They were delivered in a severely damaged condition. I documented the damaged items to them within hours, as required by their return policy. Multiple email and text requests for refund or replacement (per their return policy) have been ignored. My only recourse now will be to *** them in small claims court. Don't trust this company.

This is not accurate. We asked this customer to please send us required pictures in JPEG format as the shipping company requires. The customer did not send us the required pics for over a week. The shipping company required the customer to document all damage within ***** which was not done. We are still working with the manufacturer and customer to fix the sitiation.

This company practices deceit. I ordered a "refurbished" printer in a model I love, as well as some ink. I received a machine that would not print color. I never received the ink. Many phone calls later I received a return authorization label. I sent the machine back with the label. I was told I would receive the reimbursement (nearly $300), but never have. Now they are claiming they did not receive the machine. And that the transactions were too long ago to be dealt with. (December, 2023). They don't seem to be able to transfer me to a supervisor. Hmmm!

This company posed as an individual to purchase a used printer from me on ***** even stating not to include a packing slip because the item was a gift. In fact, the actual buyer, whom i have spoken with, paid about $50 more for the item and Ace Depot is reporting (over a month after delivery) that the item has not been received which is reflecting negatively on my **** seller account. They claim to sell refurbished office products but the item is not refurbished and was never in their warehouse.

This was not purchased from ACEDEPOT. This is not ours. Sorry

If I could give this place less than one star I would. My review will echo several of the reviews below. Placed an order 12/16. Did not receive an e-mail confirmation. Made me nervous. Tried calling....their recording sounded like it was from the middle of the pandemic 2 years ago....made me more nervous. e-mailed and left message cancelling order SAME DAY....could not get a hold of anyone....finally received e-mail saying order shipped on the 18th.....did not get tracking....finally received tracking and label was not even created until the 19th so order could have been cancelled. Received completely incorrect item....like they just threw something in a plastic bag and shipped it. Finally got a hold of someone and convinced them to send return label. merchandise was sent back and received on 12/27,........e-mailed and called.....no response letting me know when I would receive refund....it is now 1/13 and still no concrete answer as to when refund will be processed. Am headed to my bank to dispute charge. ***SCAM****SCAM****SCAM****would NOT recommend to anyone.....STAY AWAY from this place......

Customer received a coin sorter. Did not like. Returned. Issued a full refund in Dec. of 2023

I will never buy from Ace Depot again. Over one month ago, I ordered typewriter correctable ribbons and lift-off tapes. I did receive the lift-off tapes, but I still have not received the typewriter ribbons. I have made numerous calls to their customer service department, and the gentleman who answers the calls has promised more than once that my ribbons have been shipped, only to find out a few days later that he says they have not shipped and will be shipped soon. Yesterday I attempted several times to speak with the customer service representative, only to have my calls disconnected each time. Suspecting that he was seeing and recognizing my telephone number, I made a call to him using a different telephone, and my call was answered immediately. This time he claimed that he could do nothing for me because the problem was with the warehouse personnel. He supposedly connected me with the warehouse phone, but only a voicemail option was available. My credit card has been charged for the cost of the typewriter ribbons, but I seriously believe that I will never receive them. I plan to see if I can reach some state office which would look into the many complaints registered against this company and take some action against them.

I placed an order on the acedepot.com website. Was able to fully put in and complete the order, with my credit card charged. Never received an email for the confirmation, even checked my spam folder. Nothing. I noticed later on that my "order status" had changed from pending to cancelled. I didn't cancel it. I called their so called customer service, but the person that answered said "sales". Asked why my order had been cancelled, provided my order number. He informed me that my order did not meet the minimum for shipping. I didn't see anything for a required minimum, and the system let me place the order and everything. He said that I had been emailed about the issue. Again, no email actually received. I asked when would I be getting my money back, he said no. So, no item, and money gone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

Very confusing as you are not a customer of ******************** as the order you placed was never charged. Never fulfilled and simply canceled as the item was discontinued. Apologies.

This company is terrible. They send you wrong merchandise, charge you to return and never refund your money. Just a bunch of crooks, they probably never had what we ordered to begin with. No one will talk to you when you call or return emails. Accounts payable is just a answering machine no one really works there. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.I have tried for over a month to get some type of refund or answer to why we have not been helped by anyone. My company spent over ****** dollars for no product, no refund after return arrived 8/23/23 at the business. **** , ********************, accounts payable ***********************. Should all be ashamed of the customer service they have not provided.I am also leaving a review on other platforms because they have upset me and this is only way to warn future victims.

Placed order via acedepot.com website. Never received confirmation. Called next day, asked for email confirmation. Got nothing. Called following day again, was told item had already shipped via **** They had no tracking info. Promised they would email it by end of business day. Rec'd nothing. Called again next morning, was told again that item had shipped Wednesday, no tracking available. Again, promised tracking info would be emailed by end of business. Gave them the promise that if I did not get tracking info by 4:30 pm I would be calling them. Rec'd nothing, so I called back. Was transferred to someone in sales **** who told me item had NOT shipped via *** but was mailed via ***** Gave me the tracking number, which I repeated back to him & confirmed. He said repeatedly email had been sent to me. I had rec'd absolutely nothing. Tracking number was invalid. Called again, nearing end of business on Friday. Finally got an email w/CORRECT **** tracking number. Shipping label had been created on Wednesday, item not shipped as of Friday.. AceDepot.com aka Ace Depot LLC has not in fact ever actually shipped this item, despite telling me numerous times that they have. Now they're saying maybe it's lost. No, it's not lost because it was never shipped; it has never been received by the post office. They are now telling me to wait until Monday, since nothing gets done over the week-end. I'm sure by then they will have another excuse for keeping my money -- I don't even know how much! -- and sending me nothing. I have no photos or videos, because I've received nothing. I have no proof of purchase because I never got confirmation of my order; I don't even know how much they decided to charge my credit card! There is no way to contact AceDepot.com other than by phone, and I have no recordings of my six phone calls to them. I told them I would leave a scathing negative review, and here it is.

For a business that advertise they've been around **** I'm very disappointed with their business ethic. I purchased 3 items from them over a month ago and after numerous e-mails trying to confirm the where-abouts of them, I get no response.Unfortunately, I never did a background check on them before purchasing them. presentation projected a well-known and professional business front. I can't even imagine having to give them 'any star' rating after my experience and after reading other reviews. But it won't accept my review if I don't. Stay away from this business.

SCAMMERS AND LIARS! Called this company about a cash register and told me it was ready and in stock. Emailed me within hours that they did not have it after all. Upsold a larger more expensive one. I needed one immediately so I ordered. Received email said it had been shipped, two weeks later no item and *** had no record of it. Called and spoke with a *** and he said it had been sent. Spoke with a *** and he said it had not been sent but guaranteed it would be there in 24 hours. Of course no arrival. finally just cancelled and asked they send me a confirmation email. Said would be there in 24 hours and in 4 -7 days refund be on my credit card. Nothing they said happened. Called again and they said they sent the previous day after I cancelled. I have recorded everything on a camera in my office. Scammers and liars. Steer clear of these clowns. They said to cancel send a text or email. Done with this clown show.
