On December 12, 2022, Accent Group, who was hired by **************** ***************** to replace the roofs, worked on my unit. I had taken a shower on that morning, however, once they had completed the work, the exhaust fan in my master bathroom was no longer operational. I emailed the ****** and they contacted Accent. Accent had their foreman, *****, stop by my unit. He looked at the fan. When he took the fan grate off, much roofing debris spilled out into my bathroom floor. ***** had to get a construction bag to clear out the debris. I was told by ***** that Accent would contact me to have their electrician come and repair the fan. It has been over two months. I emailed ****** who communicated with Accent. Now Accent is denying damaging my bathroom exhaust fan and have told me that I am responsible for the damage that their sloppy work has caused. I want Accent to fully repair the fan. Their ******* set expectations that the repair would be made by Accent.Business response

We are scheduling a repair to replace the exhausting exhaust fan.
