.The incident occurred on 4/5/23. The address of the Burger King was *******************************. The time approximately that this incident happened was around 12:45 no later than 1:00 pm. I had ordered through drive thru. We ( sister asked her if we could come inside to eat, so my sister asked if I could pick up the food at the register.We were told No we could not.So the cashier gave our order to my sister at the drive thru window .I must inform you that I have ****************************** I have worked for Buger King for 13 over years and had the privilege for managing two stores.I entered the store I asked a young lady name ***** if I could have a wet napkin. Said,"NO YOU CAN NOT.WE DON'T DO THAT HERE."***** was very harsh and nasty.***** proceeded to walk to the store machine ,opened up the cabinet door,reached down into white sanitizer bucket with dirty water,she pulled out a wet rag.She motion for to wash my hands with a rag the she clean tablets with. This a very unsanitary,and very disrespectful.Then she brgan to argue with **** asked for a manager.I explain to him about what happen.As I am talking to him she continue to mouth off.I simply stated that,I do not want the fpod and a refund.I another altercation this time was with manager.The manager would not give back my correct change.As I had ask the manager to pull the register.After I asked him to this three times he finally gave me back my money.I truly felt disrespected,belittled,angry very much humilited.That particular resturant from the manager to the crew to learn people skills.Granted it not everyone it was the store manger and *****. What she did was unsanitary,unprofessional,down disrespectful.I know for a fact that Burger King has high standards as well high safety codes.She know if i could have been a Secret Shopper of a Health Inspector.By her her doing that action could have cause the store to shut down completely.I will never eat nor visit that store again.
