  although I have reported the ad several times and I mean several, I have asked to be removed over the last 30 days I still get dozens of the same ad everyday. Same ad. Black Man dressed in college attire with big smile. If you click on the ad it doesn't do anything. Very annoying. How can I get them to stop sending me ads?

  Hi there. We added this person's phone and email address to our suppression lists but we can't prevent this person from seeing ads without getting more information about where this person is seeing these ads. Please provide more context to what this user is experiencing and we will do our best to look into this further.

  Company is attempting to use your personal data to maliciously spam your area of living or business with advertisement on behalf of other companies like ********************. Even though they say they respect your data, they instead use it to their advantage in exchange for information that is shamelessly plagiarized from other blogs, sites, and databases containing the same information. I'm guessing they sell your personal information in exchange for this information. Although it would be okay to do this in most circumstances albeit dubiously, It's still sketchy that they would only notify you of this under the terms and conditions at the very end under fine print. It's misleading and not to your benefit to give them your personal information. Simply go to a different source for information. It contains the exact same resources.

  Upon further investigation, this user was referred to our website via a paid search advertisement on google.com on 10/3/2023 at 3:34:51 PM EST. This user answered a series of questions and was matched up with ******************** to request more information on their programs. It's at this point that this user abandoned our website. This user's information was not sent to ******************** nor was it sold to any other company. We never sent this user an email nor called this phone number but since this user has filed a complaint, we have added their email address and phone number to our global email suppression list and our internal Do Not Call list.
