Lakeland Bank is pathetically behind the times. They don't offer modern forms of payments as most all other banks do. They finally offered ***** but with severely low amounts. We have spent more than six different occasions via email, in person and on their customer support line and STILL limited on what we can use Zelle for. We've been both a personal and business customer for over a decade. But as of today we will be seeking out a new bank that actually appreciates and works with their customers! **********, *******, **Review from Jon M

Horrible bank!! Rated 0.5 out of 10. I have received checks from customers.. and this bank will not honor the transactions. They should be shut down for FRAUD!!!Review from Peter S

We applied for a home equity line of credit with Lakeland Bank online. We informed Lakeland that we decided against going with the home equity line of credit, but we still continue to get multiple phone calls a week for MONTHS, asking if we had decided to move forward with the ****** The caller would hanging up immediately when we advised that we would not be opening a line of credit, giving us no opportunity to remove ourselves from the call list.Apparently, it's a waste of time to speak any further with someone who isn't banking with you and to remove them from your call list, but it's not a waste of time to call them multiple times a week only to be told, "no," again and again.Multiple attempts to contact someone in the loan department, and the contact center yielded no results in getting removed from this call list.I cannot express how glad I am that we did not take a loan out with this bank.
