The company was hired on 4/14/21 to install new pavers for a pool deck as well as applying polymeric sand to an existing patio. The work was finalized on September of 2021. However there were several problems with the pool pavers (broken, missing, etc). The application of the polymeric sand in the existing patio failed and was reapplied. The second application failed as well. The owner of the company ***************, committed to repair the issues during the Fall of 2021. Unfortunately that did not happen. During multiple calls and email in 2022 he repeated that he would take care of the problems but they were all empty promises.Business response

We met with **************** on 6/30/22 to discuss taking care of the issues with the polymeric sand. The repairs that Jersey Shore Landscaping needs to complete have to be completed after tile repair work is done on his pool spa. Those tile repairs will be done on 7/6/22. We will than come to complete the sanding of the paver patio.Customer response
