      I recently interacted with a representative from Credit Saint that started positively but quickly became frustrating. I received an email from credit saint email about a service called Bolster, which implied an association with your company. Intrigued, I decided to sign up.I spoke with a representative named Rep, who refused to provide his last name or additional company information. During our call, I clearly mentioned that I had two existing disputes. Rep proceeded with signing me up for the service without any warnings or disclaimers. Only after completing the sign-up process did he inform me that having any disputes would void the 90-day money-back guarantee.This situation is particularly concerning because I received the promotional email this morning, signed up for the service, and only then was informed that my disputes would negate the guarantee. When I tried to discuss this with Rep, he became defensive and uncooperative, insisting he had no knowledge of ******* and refusing to assist further.Despite my repeated attempts to explain that the app's chat function does not work and that there is no contact information available within the app, Rep continued to argue and shift the blame onto me. He questioned the rationale behind my concerns, even though it seemed clear that the email and sign-up process were designed to lead to this outcome.To add to the confusion, Rep later admitted during the call that he does get clients from Bolster from time to time and that they do work with your company. This left me utterly confused as to why he would lie initially. This is not good business practice.I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter. I need a contact number for Bolster to address my disputes and ensure that my 90-day guarantee remains valid. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

      My initial payment method account my closed due to fraudulent activity. I did not bother to update because I was going to close account with ********************. I get another alert Credit Saint took the past due balance! I did not give them my new card number login to my account nothing! This is theft! Somehow they took the money out

      I am super disappointed with credit saint and their "services". After a number of long calls with their team, I gained a better understanding of what Credit Saint actually does. I signed up for the middle package which includes up to 10 disputes per credit bureau. After the first cycle started, they told me that they were able dispute all of the charges on my account(over 10 per bureau) due to "trends and patterns" of the items i'm disputing. Which means I could have signed up for the lowest tier with the same logic(up to 5 per bureau) but they withheld the information at the time of my first, second and third call when trying to clarify which to sign up for. They told me the reason for this is that a different department handles the disputes.I had a total of 5 calls with Credit Saint, and while they were patient, kind and had great customer service, I received very different answers based on who I was talking to. I was asking what information I was allowed for my documentation, how the process works, and how things are disputed. Basically what I found out is that Credit Saint will send one semi generic email or letter, (or upload a letter into a portal) per cycle to each bureau that is basically a goodwill letter and the items requested to be removed. They said they can send you redacted letters once they are sent out but they never provided me after asking. portal/agreement with transunion eqifax/experian portal physical mail

      I felt very at ease signing with this company. All of my questions were answered and the 90 guarantee was explained to me in detail. I kept notes and feel confident that if they cannot fix it I will get my refund. There are 2 very detailed stipulations for qualifying for a refund don't fault the company if you didn't pay attention.
