I was recommended *** in the late 2000's by a good friend and they've been my first go-to. I recommend *** to friends and family. My brother had this order back in the early 2010's and the bass drum he received with his kit had a scratch on it. I suggested he contact customer service even after a few weeks of receiving the order, and they sent him a new matching bass drum and let him keep the old one. I was sold as a loyal customer and I have never had a bad experience. Quick shipping, quality gear, and affordable price plans, *** will always have my business first. I have purchased from AMS over the last 7 years. I have never had an issue that wasn't solved promptly. Everything I've purchased came in quickly, and in great condition. I have uses AMS 3 times in the passed 2 years and they have come through for me each time. They have an awesome selection of equipment and they get it to me quickly. Because I'm not able to buy it outright, AMS has a great payment plan that always works for me. I will continue to use AMS as long as I play.Review from Steven F

They dont care what a customer thinks. But ***** in collections is the worst. He charged my card and claims he had emailed a receipt and never did. I have over 4500 friends on FB and most are musicians and hopefully none of them will ask my opinion of AMS because I wont give them a thumbs up. It was a loaded pick guard that I thought that I had paid for, without notice, how am I supposed to know?

Hello! The pickguard you ordered was placed on our 6 payment plan, of which only the first 3 payments were made. The terms and conditions of the payment plan are that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is a valid payment method with the necessary funds on your account when each payment is due. When a new order was placed on your account we used that payment method to collect the past due balance from your previous order.
