            I have GVS insurance for glasses. Went there yesterday, 11/4/21. Had eye exam and needed upgraded lenses. I was told to pick out frames. I saw a nice frame for $179. As the assistant was writing out the ****, she charged $279 for the frames. I stated that the tag said $179 and her reply was that was for the uninsured, clearly saying that they charge more. I declined the glasses. I then asked to replace the lenses with my old frames. She then wanted to charge me $400! Wow charging way too much for plastic progressive lenses with anti glare and chip protection. The glasses I had were 2 years old and with frame and lenses was under $300! So I declined the lenses also. I feel that this store/business is padding insurance companies for profit. Also I wanted to have the special drops put in my eyes for exam and was told the Dr was too busy but for $39.00 they would use a machine. So all they care about is making money off the ****************** In my opinion this is fraud.
