I have been going to this location for my son's glasses and examination for a few years now. I always thought it was a fair business. My opinion sadly has changed. This location doesn't offer good business hours at all, no weekend appointments and limited doctors and over booked appointment times. (not good for people who work or kids who have after school activities. you should offer at least one evening time slot and maybe Saturdays a few times a month. I visited their store on 10/10/2022. waited 40 minutes past scheduled time. When we picked up my son's glasses 10 days later they were not right, he even explained that to the tech,****** who just seemed to want to be right. She told him he had to wear glasses he couldn't see out of for two weeks to adjust?! He could not see was getting nausea and headaches and glare. Turns out the didn't put anti glare in lense(it was purchased) and it is possible the lense wasn't ground right or it is the wrong script. I paid for glasses he can not wear. This location does not have customer service skill at all and do not know how to address mistakes that can come up. They would not re examine my son unless it was the original doctor and she was not available now for another 11 days!! Nov. 4th so now we have to wait again to fix the mistakes they made, horrible business practice. Of course I was disappointed, I wanted to speak to a manager, no manager available, I asked for the name of the manager and was told they were not allow to give it out? I said just give me my money back and I will go somewhere else. They are not allow to issue refunds? The doctor on duty ************************ actually stood over me and said I was being RUDE and making his staff cry, I can't believe he had the time to say that but would not take the time to fix the situation. They need BETTER CUSTOMER service and hours and be available when they make mistakes or to accommodate their customers . I will no longer chose this business, horrible
