            I paid over $18,500 to have my backyard redone.. take out the old dirt, fill it in with FRESH top soil and seed.. the top soil they provided will not grow grass because it is not fresh top soil, it is filled with rocks, which hinders the growing of grass.. backyard looks horrible.. also I paid over 850$ A piece for 5 trees to be installed.. which are all hanging after a storm and need to be re-installed.. I also was told there is a warranty on the trees and if anything happened within a certain time frame they would be replaced.. I was told his guys would be in the area and fix the issue, but nothing.. I paid for removal of a basketball hoop, a large amount of wood from a horseshoe pit and a ton of stumps to be removed.. but they were just tossed over my fence with no care in the world. I called and was told they'd come and clean it, but it's still here. I would like what I paid for, fresh top soil, new trees and removal of junk I paid to be removed. Finish the job.

            CRA is very unprofessional. Theyre quoting process went well however after that it was all downhill. They were unable to schedule the project for over one year and to boot they had a down payment that was required. They held onto over $1000 of mine for over a year and were not communicative about getting the job done, it was always me following up with them which is totally unacceptable. Ultimately I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. If youre willing to take the risk then I would advise for you to use your credit car down payment, if I wouldve used anything else I probably would not Have gotten my money back. Stay away if you can!!
