Needed a dumpster for a flip proeprty and Hometown waste came in with just the perfect fit for our trash removal needs. Service was expectional from front to end. Very clear on how I would be billed - I didnt have to read between the lines. Would highly recommend hometown waste for all trash removal needs.Review from KAY T.

Had dumpster delivered Called for pickup Was told had tk pay deposit and sign a contract or they werent picking up my dumpster I feel uncomfortable signing a contract after the fact And deposit should of been taken if needed prior to rental I dont like the way they handle Buisness I have rented from many companies and have never been asked tk do anything like this I dont have additional to pay Only half my dumpster was filled only household items no construction material . So there dumpster is sitting in my driveway rental Was paid in full before delivery There not getting additional money for no reason And Im not signing a contract after the rental I should of had the right to review a contract then decide if I wanted to rent I thought I was helping small buisness by renting from a family operated But I see now that was a huge mistake I will be calling my township about them Tomm All seems like a scam tk get more money from people

Every customer is read a disclaimer at time of rental, explaining the pre auth on there credit card. This is done to make sure we had a valid card on file in the event the dumpster exceeds the weight limit, in the event the dumpster goes over the wight limit we supply a copy of the reciept from the facility we dump at for transparency. This customer did not go over weight and his pre auth was released the following day as described in the disclaimer that was read to him/her.
