      This company has milked me out. I was left in believe that my car will be shipped in short time to ******* like week or two. Asking for shipping date I got each time different answers and promises. Also a given estimated date of shipping were not held and was postponed for a later uncertain date with indication shipping can be delayed again. But after weeks and months waiting for shipment of my car in their warehouse I realized I must pay daily storage fees for each day my vehicle is awaiting for shipment in their warehouse. To prevent that my vehicle will be held for additional 3-6 months in their storage I canceled the shipping after paying all the occurred storage fees. The shipping was delayed due the international shipping shortage or other reasons, where I have had no influence of, but I must pay for all the weeks and months my vehicle was stored in their warehouse. I don't accept to have me forced to pay all the fees, due it was not in my wish to store my car in their warehouse. Their rules and fees are written in that way that they can keep your vehicle in their warehouse as long they want and the customer is liable for all the fees and cost for any delay on the shipment. I paid my price accepting their shipment regulations which are totally written to rip off customers. Please read their rules before you make the same mistake like I did. Paying for the time of storage awaiting shipment and letting them decide when to ship is totally out of customers control . But customer needs to pay for the storage time, I paid my learning ******* please don't make the same mistake, avoid a company with such of rules where you have not slightest chance to demand your money back. Can you imagine to pay for ******* or more days $xx/day on top of your negotiated shipping price? If they have little business ethics they would not have the customer pay for fees for the x-number of days they keep your vehicle awaiting for the shipment even you want to have your vehicle to be shipped ASAP.

      Good afternoon sir,I am truly sorry that you had a negative shipping experience, however, i am even more disappointed that after you received a full written explanation for the delay of your shipment from ********** ************* (***********) to *********** that you proceeded to file a complaint anyway. I have attached our email correspondence to show our conversation but will reiterate it here. As we have all been aware the Ports of ********** have experienced unprecedented delays over the past year due to the Covid Pandemic. It has been publicized in every newspaper and TV outlet in the world. We explained these delays to you since you were shipping directly out of the port of ***********. You chose to cancel your shipment and pick up the vehicle. I am not sure why you are holding us responsible for congestion that is out of our concern.

      Thanks for reply. I understood that you are not to blame for the delays on the ports, but is the customer responsible for the delays? Any delay was not my desire, anyway, why should I pay for storage fees for delays not where I did not desire or I am responsible of?Why I must pay storage fees for the delays which was not caused by my wrong doing? If the shipping date was given to the me and it was not held, why should I pay for additional storage time if you could not kept the given ETA? I wanted to get my vehicle shipped ASAP. After reading all your one sided rules on your website where the customer has no rights at all, I understood you have no legal obligation to ship my vehicle in a given time frame. You could have my vehicle kept hostage in you storage as long you wish and seem fit, even it will *********** months or longer. I have no control about your shipping schedules, but I need to pay for each day in the storage for all the time you claim you are not able to ship. You kept me in believe that my vehicle will be shipped soon, you could be at least honest from beginning and tell me that due the congestions shipping could take 3 to 6 months or even longer. In this case I would terminated the contract earlier and tried to ship next year or not to ship at all. All my additional expenses would have be reduced or not occur at all. I have had also travelled to ******* to the first from your given ETA. Which has also add up to my total expenses with all the rings and bells up to $5000. Like I wrote your rules and regulations are written where the customer has no rights, if I would have read and understood from your website your rules, then it would have I understood the character of your company earlier. Legally not responsible for nothing, I was hoping to see some courtesy in handling customers affairs. I hope with my review others will be made aware of your customer friendless regulations.
