I hired this company in March 2021 to do a kitchen remodel. From the onset, there were issues realted to the products and installation of the kitchen. I had written the owner, Paolo, multiple times providing detailed explnation of the issues ( granite not adhered to cabinets, doors misaligned, handles misalinged, cabinet drawer fronts wrong colors, trim not installed properly, microwave not installed correctly ) Owner requested detailed photos, which were provided one 3 separate occasions. He also came to the location- and agreed that there were mutliple problems and they needed to be repaired. Additionally, he recommended a tile man from his family to come and do kitchen floor, backsplash and bathroom- and there are multiple installation issues there, which he photgraphed and concured as being a problem, but said he could not get them fixed.It has now been over 9 months since the kitchen install, Pietra Bella was paid in full and they still have not fixed or completed kitchen. I was told on several occasions during the 9 months that they would send people out to repair. They always had excuses as to why they couldn't come; very busy on other projects, going to Italy, not enough help, trying to get replacements, etc. They never followed through.At this time, I want nothing to do with this business as they do not stand behind their product and services. I want a 50% refund of the $12, ****** I paid to Pietra Bella, so that I can have the needed repairs done to my kitchen and complete the project. I have all proof of payments made to this company. I even documented a cash payment made with a video of cash being accepted on behalf of owner.I also have mutliple texts, emails and photos supporting the ongoing issues with this kitchen remodel, which can be provided to business, although they have mutiple copies of the same.
