On September 14th 2022, I was forced to accept Realtor ***************** to represent the sell of my home. ***************** was court ordered. My ex and I could not agree on a realtor so the court appointed Mr. ***** I was to be the point of contact for all showings or anything pertaining to the home due to the fact that I was still living in the home with our small children. My ex was not allowed to come to the home due to the judge finding he was a safety risk via. court order. Mr. **** came to my home for initial walk through. At that time he explained to me he had been doing this for over ************************************************ he was the head of various boards and because of his connections the court would send him business. He began to ask me personal questions about my divorce and tell me about his divorce and ex wife. He told me how awful she was and how they fought over everything. I told him I did not care to engage in personal conversation but he continued to ask questions. On 10/29/22 I contacted **** to let him know a male realtor just walked into my home 45 min before appointment time. He did not knock or ring bell he used the lock box key, the problem was I was not dressed. **** made a joke and told me it happens and he has done that several times. he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He later wrote my attorney addressing the matter and making fun of how upset I was. From that point **** did not follow the court order. My attorney admonished him twice for not including me on emails and not sharing information with me. He would only communicate with my ex. He would include everyone but the court ordered point of contact (me) on all happenings. He sent multiple emails calling me a liar and requesting that a judge remove me from my home so he could have more access to the house. He did not like that my children were still in the home because it limited accessibility. He has been harassing me and not following the court order.
