I purchased a Petfon2 GPS unit from a seller on ***********. The seller insists that the unit is new, unused, and had the original stickers on the unit. Now that I have received the GPS unit, I am unable to bind it to my account. The message I receive is that it is bound to another account. I have contacted Petfon's customer service department by email and phone numerous times over the past 4-5 days. By email, the response has been that they cannot help me because they are unable to unbind the account and only the previous accountholder can. But the Seller insists the unit is brand new and he never bound it to his account. Perfon never answers the customer phone line. Finally today of all days (Sunday) someone answered. I was told once again that they cannot unbind the gps unit. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. There should be a reset mechanism on the unit to return it to factory settings. For a company that states they standby their products with lifetime support, this falls far short. I am out of pocket a substantial amount of money for something that I cannot use. This needs to be made right.Business response

We, Ubisight Technology LLC, have followed up Ms ******** ********** issue and helped her fixed the problem a couple of minutes ago.She will withdraw the complaint later. Please kindly get back to us if there is any other issues, we will always be here to give her further support.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It took filing this complaint to get the assistance that I requested multiple times, but now that they have become willing to help me with their product, I am satisfied with the resolution. The gps unit is now in a usable condition. Thank you BBB for helping me get a resolution.
