My daughter ordered frames in July 2023, to have lenses made by optometrist. She's started college and needed them. Up to this date 9/13/2023 School started and frames still processing. They took my money and the phone number is a joke. I had to order her from other site they arrived in less than 2 weeks. I also had to call CC to dispute transaction. The website is lensntrends.com and the phone # ************. I called it numerous times giving the order# ****, with no response.Business response

Dispute was in favor of customer and the funds are processing back to her account. We contacted you numerous times via email with no reply. We had the frames ready to ship to you but then the dispute opened. You requested a refund and we understand and now the refund is processing back to your account. I placed my order for a pair of Rayban Erika sunglasses on 2/27/23 order #****. This product showed as in stock with 3-8 day shipping. It has now been over a month since ordering without any notification of shipping. I reached out to the company on 3/13 and they responded that my order would ship by the following week. I still haven't heard anything and reached out again a few days ago with no response. I'm concerned that they may be taking orders but never sending out their products.Business response

We truly do apologize for the wait we were expecting to receive the glasses by now but since they are coming from our supplier from Italy it is taking longer then expected we guarantee that you will have them by this coming week no later and it will be expedited to you free of charge. I will provide you with an additional $8 off your entire order due to the wait.

I ordered a pair of *************** sunglasses on October 4, 2022. Since then Ive emailed twice a week to get the status of my other. I have been promised a tracking number and have yet to get neither my order nor a tracking number. I have asked for a refund without success. The latest and most disturbing problem is when I attempted to email the company, I received a reply saying their email address couldnt be found ! Im still waiting for either my order or a refund. Either way i would be satisfied.Business response

Ordered sunglasses on April 29, 2022. Shipping was supposed to be 2-7 days. I reached out after a week and was told they would be shipping in a day or two..That was May 1, 2022. Since then, I have emailed 3 times with no reply. I have tried the instant chat and ******** Messenger with no reply. On the website, it says processing still and it's been 2 full weeks at this point.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
I still have not received any email. If my lenses are complete, why have I still not received shipping information or any correspondence regarding my order. The business phone number is disconnected and they still have not answered my multiple emails are attempts to reach them via messenger or chat. Please forward the shipping information.

This issue was resolved this early afternoon with the customer we spoke via chat because my emails were bouncing back when I tried to send her an email. See attached our conversation via message there is no reason to continue this here we had already spoken via messenger told her she will have a tracking number to her by tomorrow
