I went to this business for my eyebrows which was done by **** in the past. I recently went for a second touch up before my year was over. **** was not there but ******* the owner did my touch up and charged me $ 400 for the touch up. I requested the brows be made darker as they appeared too light. She told me to wait until it heals and if i am not happy after healing, she will fix it with no charge. I went home kept her updated and after healing I told her it was still too light. She gave me an appointment. I took the day off from work for this appointment . When she saw me she told me she thinks there are some patches and it is fine. I repeated what I have been saying from Day 1, "it looks faded and two different shades ". She started to argue and told me " this is the way to get free work done". She continued accusing me of trying to get free work done and told me that I did it to **** {whose promotion included free touch up for new customers therefore was not free work]. I told her she is assassinating my character and my complaint has been the same from day 1. Even after I told her she is insulting me she continued to insult and accuse me. I know everyone's job is important and everyone works to make money but self-respect comes before money which it seems ******* is lacking. After I came back, I realized perhaps she intentionally opts for a lighter shade to ensure people keep coming back every other month and pay $400 each visit. This is non-professional and non-ethical. If she didn't want to do it or it was beyond her she should have told me the first time. -She was extremely rude and unprofessional and non receptive towards clients opinion. -Didn't take any responsibility and instead was attacking her customer -She accused me of trying to get free ride when I paid her $400.If I am Paying someone $200/hour, don't I have the right to get it done to my liking and not be insulted?
