  Didn't receive notice of rights on October 5, 2022 in the evening, but the admission date by the medical center for emergency department has the date one day ahead, in October 6th.I have proof to prove it.I made a quick phone call about something, sounded pleasant, and the next thing you know is that I had several officers come by my residence when I had no medical or psychological conditions to base on, so someone at the police hq may have pulled an earlier admission rate, dating back several years in 2017 for Behavioral Health.My discharge paper with an explanation had me discharged with some episode, which triggered just a day, not a week based on a senior neighbor's constant complaint of my perceived sexual orientation. However, she is under a lease and has urges to complain about me to her guests in the hallway. There are two other people with her. Additionally, she is confused with just ***** vs. ******** (not my legal name), even someone close to me knows that she doesn't know my legal name, never asked me in person.Lastly, my complaint is no notice of rights given to me in the emergency room. I need legal help with why the officers disobeyed an ordinance disallowing them in the hallway and unnecessary medical services, especially transfer to forensic unit (inpatient) without probable cause from police. Please have them mail me the notice of rights, and contact hospital ombudsman, especially have public defender (Pal. Park) involved if he needs to assist me. I have a grievance to file in 2017 and 2022, no medical examiner taking my complaint by e-mail.There are two psychiatrists that overprescribed and misdiagnosed that I need legal representation.   On October 5,2023 I visit this facility at 10:40PM for extreme pain on my left head and neck because a Telehealth doctor claimed I may have suffered a blood clot or put too much pressure on my head which could lead to a stroke. It took 3-4 hours for them to give me a CAT Scan and sat me down for another hour. I was still not seen by a doctor by 3:40AM.They were mainly assisting patients with mental illness. I was in constant pain, I was dizzy and tired and cold. I told a nurse that I had to go because I rather received care somewhere else.They became so upset with me and demanded that I sit back down. They hand me a paper to sign and said I would not received my results because I was leaving. I asked them to email or mail my results since. They said No. the following day I registered my information to their website to see if they would upload it and they never did. I also called them and there was no help at all. Someone claimed they haven't seen me or heard of me.

  An unacceptable facility running under dozens of civi/ human rights violations. I was kept here for a week with no opportunity to be transferred elsewhere. All of my auto my was taken away and i was always 100% mentally competent to make decisions for myself. A really damaging place that does not care for patients well beings at all. I hope this place shuts down.
