Hello,I have spoken now to serval people and starting to get the run around. I would Like my refund for this expereince this has been the worst customer service experience ever. I probably would not recommend this. Have someone please contact me Since 5/3 I have sent them a email and someone named ************************* who is remote and not even there has told me they have not found any support to my claim.. and they look forward to seeing me.. so I guess they allow kids to hit each other Based on what he wrote me and never responded back.Initial Complaint

On Nov. 12,2022 I purchased a gift card for 10 visits for my grandchildren to Kids Empire gym totaling $169.54. Receipt #******* which I registered by waiver at their location and purchased it on my credit card. When I tried to use it on Feb 4,2023 for the first time, they told me the card was a "return card" and not a 10 punch card. I explained that it was the card that the gentleman gave to me but they told me to email the company because there is no one to talk to, not even a main office. The response from the email I sent to ********************* was simply "we will look into it". I've sent other emails and have gone into the location 3 times but no one is addressing this.
