Spoke with “Jeff” owner of dealership and of course he put on about his dealership reputation and he ship’s cars everywhere even did my estimate for shipping and I informed my mom will be co-signing and my mom’s credit is EXCELLENT and I know I would be approved and with the SCAMMING climate we are in with that happening ESPECIALLY to older people (my mom 84) I filled out the application for loan in both our names and other PERSONAL information about ourselves called him to inform him it’s submitted and he said give him an hour to reach back out to me and I haven’t heard anything from this man and I’ve called twice and texted and my mom is REALLY WORRIED about if it was a SCAM and me two to be honest 9/25/2023Business response

I spoke with customer no less than 12 times. I did advise customer of the results after submitting his and his mother's application to banks. Customer is well aware that the sale cannot move forward due to critical requirements that neither he nor his mother can meet.
We are the car dealer, we are NOT the bank. The bank makes the final decision on financing.
In closing, customer should not make such nerfarious asserations just because customer is not getting what he wants.

I am rejecting this response because:
JEFF or anyone at Torch Light Motors reached out to me about anything!!! The BANK, this MAN hasn’t answered my calls or reached out to me or my mom about nothing! My call log and email can prove that! I have NO REASON to make anything up on anyone and SCAMMING is what I’m taking from the answer he is responding with.

We have spoken to this customer no less than 12 times and we have the call logs to prove same.
