Pure Service Pro team were exceptionally prompt, timely and thorough in the work. My entire basement and garage was French drained in less than a day. Would hire them again in a heart beat.My only lessons learned going through completely is to plan well in advance for cleaning post construction and putting all furniture back. It is construction and expect plenty of fine dust with basement concrete work. That my only reason for 4 out of 5 stars and mostly my fault for not asking all question about expectations after the job is done.

Pure Services are probably the most professional contractors in all of **********. The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because they finished the job today which is immaculate but I havent gotten the opportunity to see my French drain in action. Once it rains Ill up update my review. Highly recommend. Fantastic presentation and exceptional customer **********************. Very thorough team and would do business with them again.

Consultation and Quote After I explained our current dilemma, Water after heavy rains in the basement two main areas it comes in then flooding all over. The sales representative (*****) was quick, clear and concise to deliver the extensive solution we needed undertake. That was drains around the entire basement, sump pump and discharge outside under the lawn. The pricing was also transparent as it laid out the full project and scope in a way, we could refer to this easily. I will also add here, I appreciated the consultation was quick and accurate and not a long extensive sales pitch. Workmanship The team arrived promptly as expected and worked diligently over two days, to complete this project. The team moved (and moved back into place) items such as washer and dryers to access areas needed.All concrete floors and lawn that had been cut were also replaced in a seamless fashion. All debris hauled away, and properly left in a clean state. At the end of the job we did a walkthrough, was explained how the pump works and cool wifi monitoring system was easy to understand. We are very satisfied with work done by Pure Service Pro, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking to have basement waterproofing completed. The professionalism displayed by this company shows from 1st consultation to end of the job and outreaches even more as they give back to the community in which operate. We had a water issue in our basement. Pure Service Pro send *****. Super professional. Had the right tools. He determined that the water was coming from the overflow valve on our boiler. Said to call a plumber. No charge. These people are professional and honest.

Very attentive. Communicated well through out the entire process. Job was completed within the expected time frame. Cleaned up the area well after job was complete. Weve had a few rainstorms since the French drain was installed and everything worked as expecting. No flooding.

We hired Pure Service Pro to fix a water issue in our basement.
