I was contacted by this company saying they found my resume online and I was a great fit for a job they had. The job was at *** doing payroll. I had a zoom like interview with someone from *** and was offered the job. After accepting the job they had me email them a picture of my ID and my bank account information. I did all the above and waited. I knew the gentleman from my interview said they started people on Thursdays so when one Thursday passed then another without any word from pinnacle that anything was wrong etc I emailed the last person I had emailed and asked what was going on after waiting for what seemed like forever they sent an email saying something in my background check made me ineligible for the job. Which made me upset because I feel they should have done all that before I had an interview but my problem with them now is I WANT TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH ALL MY PERSONAL INFO!!! and they won't respond. I'm afraid my identity will be stolen by this obviously fraudulent company! Don't use them. Do your research! I'm beyond upset that people do this knowing how hard it is right now in *******! These people email about positions that get me all excited about them tell me they submit this resume with all my information to employers and never call back. I call them they say they are waiting for employer to respond. They never update the class people about their resume submission. I call a month later they say position has been filled. They have an attitude don't let me talk. Talk all over me. I am afraid this is a fraud please check on this company.
