I have had 3 loans with the company that also operates as ELEND.The Chief ************************************************** was contacted on several occasions about not to ever to sell my contract to ****************** over the s*** they pulled.He said he would make sure it did not happen but then it does and he did nothing to correct it.This last loan I was told stuff by his staff to do. Here is the email I sent him and never got any reply! I do plan on escalating this matter!*****,Not to happy at the moment!Again I end up doing ****** work?I made payments to some of them prior to receiving the checks as ***** was upset with me because I paid some of them payments and said I told you we were paying these?So I was supposed to have late fees because I thought that *****/ ****** was sending everyone their pay off?Then the balances were from a month prior but do not pay any of them? Really? So now I can go back to all these companies and get checks sent to me?So from ELend pulling my credit history and then selecting what to pay was done on October 6th, I was not to pay any of these bills? Seriously?Then get yelled at because I was told they were being paid off!Balances were all incorrect because I pay my bills online monthly and then had to cancel payments and now turn around an pay the bill because nothing was sent to anyone but me!Maybe we should have printed off all the closing documents and got our own notary and submitted everything with Elkhart county also!Would not want anyone from TIMIOS to do what they got paid for. I will tell you this! I will check again to make sure all forms are submitted by ****** are done correctly.If not, this time I dont really care how much it cost to to hire and attorney to get what was paid for!I have referred a lot of people to ELend and that has ended! I see by their reviews they don't care!

Wishing I would have researched this mortgage company before doing business with them. They are continuously hosing me down. Like my down payment went from ******. something up to thirteen thousand something! Wondering what surprises I'm going to see on the contracts now. Thinking I should get an attorney for the remainder of the transaction?

You guys approved me for a loan. After 30+ days of being in process, you guys just lied to me about me my approval process. Suddenly on closing day, you guys made an excise that my financials don't make sense. I had a property removed from my account and suddenly, my financials don't make sense? Flat out liars. You guys can't even be honest. I had to resubmit my IRS amendments several times and suddenly I'm not qualified? You guys made a biased decision based on your own personal agenda. Horrible experience.

I was quoted fees I would need to pay out of pocket at the beginning and now that I had the appraisal done there is additional fees they did not tell me about. when I told them about it they said sorry but did not care to resolve any issues. I cancelled the refinance due to feeling uneasy about the issues and wondering what would happen after I closed on the loan if issues are already arising. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Filed for a loan in September 2021 and it's March now and they are still dragging there feet.. they don't care about you as a person. Loan officer was a idiot and his boss was extremely rude.. never in my life have I ever been just railed over.. not a way you should run a business if you (supposedly) only get paid when it goes threw. They are over charging on the fees and points. Was 750 just for the appraisal that you pay to elend, and when I called the company that did it to know how much for a appraisal, was told 500... Even threatened me to pull the loan if I didn't keep doing a 30day rate lock.. and now we are at 180 days.I finally got fed up and cancelled the loan myself.. extremely dissatisfied..
