Buyer Beware,I ordered a custom 14' x 14' Gazebo on or about 4/3/2021, and opted for specific options that we selected to suit our family's desires. I personally exhausted substantial time and effort, to coordinate the gazebo layout and construction options with the Sales team. Even provided a marked-up shop drawing with specific information to have the gazebo built specific to our needs, in terms of door swing, light switch location, etc. During the promised six (6) week delivery period, I had trouble reaching the Team and call-back/responses were lacking to say the least. The initially promised six (6) week (mid-May 2021) delivery was delayed by five (5) weeks, totaling eleven (11) weeks. On June 23rd, the Gazebo finally arrived, but the driver was alone and did not have any help, so my two (2) Electricians that I had on stand-by to wire the Gazebo and I, were forced to assist him with the delivery to the backyard and onto the gazebo pad. During the move, the driver damaged several of the hardscape gazebo pad blocks. The driver wanted to leave the unsightly temporary shipping dunnage attached to the underside of the gazebo with metal brackets, which were exposed and unfinished. This essentially left the gazebo up an additional 4" off the specifically designed hardscape pad, and made the entrance step into the unit extremely high. After some convincing, he did remove the temporary shipping dunnage and brackets. However, this created another issue, the perimeter skirting was not stained underneath the brackets, and marks and s**** holes now existed on perimeter finished skirting, which is stained wood. The screens were not installed, the driver said he had to go on another run, someone else would install the screens. Furthermore, the door swing as delivered, was opposite then requested, which affected our designed entrance/exit and reach to the light switch on the opposite side.Ultimately, despite my several complaints, some of the issues were not resolved!
